Owner Juliarose Genuardi will do everything in her power to make the moment right and will abide by the policies below. Pre-Orders: We will call you if we reach closing time and we have not seen you. We will arrange for a delivery option/pick-up option within 1 day to make sure you receive your flowers. You will not be charged a delivery fee if we need to deliver to you (within 15 miles of 15203). If not possible, we will provide partial store credit. If we do not hear from you, you will only receive partial store credit up to 12 hours after scheduled pick up. Special circumstances apply up to owner discrepancy.
Delivery: Times are provided on our website for specific delivery days / times. If you do not answer the door we will contact you and leave your arrangement in a covered/safe area to the best of our ability. Please save 215-840-0205 as our contact number.
We will contact you prior to delivery if there is inclement weather. If we do not hear from you promptly, we will try again and reschedule delivery if you are not home / do not contact us after we call. If we do not hear from you, you will only receive partial store credit up to 12 hours after scheduled pick up. Special circumstances apply up to owner discrepancy.
As you order: care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color that is selected for each item. Custom orders may include specifics however, substitutions will be used if flower availability / color is not available. We communicate major changes to custom orders prior to sending. All other arrangements will maintain theme/color but will vary on flower type. Special circumstances apply up to owner discrepancy.
Taking care of your flowers: It is recommended to place flowers in vases immediately. WE HIGHLY recommend cutting them every few days for longer lasting blooms. We also recommend changing the water daily to keep flowers frest. We recommend they are in a cool spot, away from animals/children's reach.
Returns/Refunds: Flowers picked out / picked-up will NOT be eligible for return/refund as we will do everything to make sure they are perfect before you leave our store. Deliveries will only be eligible for store credit or partial refund (up to owner discrepancy) after 12 hours of after drop off. We do not provide flower food as this can be toxic to animals/humans if ingested.
If you have pets do NOT allow them access to LILLIES that are in arrangements. Please do your research on what flowers/plants are commonly poisonous. We try our best to not include lillies in our arrangements and will disclose when possible if they are in arrangements. We are not responsible if your pet/animal digest flowers that are purchased from our store.
